From 2012 to 2022, the ICA supported visual artists, producing solo artist exhibitions and conducting studio visits to help them craft their projects. We were one of the few organizations in Baltimore focused in this way on mid-career artists. In June 2018, after six years of operating nomadically, we moved into our gallery location at 16 West North Ave, where we stayed until closing in 2022.
